Wall unit built into a tight cabinet run. The hinge had dropped so the seal no longer met the frame, and heat poured out the top. New hinges and springs, and the door shuts properly again.

Door glass had fogged between the panes and I assumed the whole thing was scrap. He stripped the door, replaced a failed seal, cleaned both panes and put it back together. It looks new again.
